Self-Pay Rates
I aspire to make therapeutic services available to those who want to change something about their life circumstances or relationships. My rates are based on the amount of time I spend providing service. While I do have a pre-set rate scale for self pay clients, I invite all those interested in therapy to contact me to discuss how I can best meet your individual needs. A good-faith estimate of the cost for 3-6 months of weekly sessions based on my current self-pay rates is available here.
Payment
Payments are due on the day services are scheduled, unless prior arrangements have been made. Clients are required to keep a credit or debit card on file and enroll in autopay in my secure practice portal for billing co-pays/co-insurance, out of pocket sessions fees, and late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice)/no show fees.
Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account
If your employer offers a FSA/HSA, you can apply these funds to the cost of counseling. If you need documentation for reimbursement from your FSA/HSA, I will be happy to provide you with a receipt to submit.
Insurance
I am in network with the insurance plans listed below.
I am currently an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans. Many insurance plans cover a portion of the cost of services provided by out-of-network psychologists. I am happy to give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement they may provide.
If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, learning about your benefits and coverage will help you make an informed decision. Prior to our initial appointment, I recommend you call your insurance company and ask:
Cancellations:
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment, or you will be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee for the session. Please note, a credit/debit card is kept on file for this purpose as your insurance cannot be billed for a late cancellation/no-show fee.

- Do I need a referral from my primary care physician to receive benefits?
- What is my deductible?
- How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
- How much is covered per session for an out-of-network provider?
